12 GTA attractions that accept Access 2
Six publish a useful policy online. Six are confirmed on the current Access 2 list but still need a call before the family buys tickets.
The support-person benefit may be free or discounted, and many venues process it only at Guest Services or the box office.
What this list proves
Participation is confirmed. The transaction may still vary.
Every attraction below appears on Access 2’s Ontario venue list updated June 22, 2026. A “clear policy” means the attraction also publishes enough current detail to plan the support-person ticket. It is not a promise that every visit will be barrier-free.
You can see the likely ticket path
- The support-person benefit is described.
- The purchase or arrival step is mostly clear.
- Final confirmation is still wise for special tickets.
The venue is listed, but details are incomplete
- Do not assume the support person is free.
- Do not buy the whole party online automatically.
- Ask how timed entry or special events are handled.
Six clearer online policies
Start here when you need fewer ticket surprises.
Toronto Zoo
- Published benefit
- 50% cardholder admission + one complimentary support person
- Ticket path
- Visit Guest Relations. The Zoo says an Access 2 card is not required for its PWD admission package; self-declaration is accepted.
- Plan separately
- Separate resources include a sensory map, social story and MagnusCards. Membership is not discounted, but a required support person can enter free.
Royal Ontario Museum
- Published benefit
- One attendant receives free admission to the level purchased
- Ticket path
- Request an attendant ticket or present an Access 2 card at the admissions desk. Confirm special-exhibition handling with the live ticket terms.
- Plan separately
- The ROM publishes entrance, mobility, sensory, hearing and vision information in its current accessibility guide.
Art Gallery of Ontario
- Published benefit
- One support person receives free admission
- Ticket path
- The current online ticket path includes an “Attendant” ticket that can be added with the visitor’s ticket.
- Plan separately
- The AGO also publishes front-of-line access, mobility-device reservation, service-animal and accessible entrance information.
CN Tower
- Published benefit
- One complimentary general-admission ticket for a support person
- Ticket path
- Buy advance tickets for the party except the support person, then present the physical Access 2 card with the purchased tickets at the Main Entrance.
- Plan separately
- The Tower publishes a full accessibility guide. Ask ahead about The Top if confined elevators or small viewing areas are a concern.
Canadian National Exhibition
- Published benefit
- 50% regular gate admission for the visitor + free support person with Access 2
- Ticket path
- The official Access 2 listing says the offer applies to in-person, regular-priced gate purchases. Do not pre-buy the support-person ticket.
- Plan separately
- Because the CNE is temporary and crowded, confirm the current accessible gate, mobility rentals and quiet-space information for the visit date.
LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto
- Published benefit
- Discounted admission for one caregiver per card
- Ticket path
- The official accessibility page does not publish the discount amount. Timed entry is required, so contact the attraction before buying the party’s tickets.
- Plan separately
- The venue describes wheelchair access, a possible quiet room, 4D strobe effects and ride-specific transfer restrictions.

Call or email before buying the full group.
Little Canada
Listed in the current Ontario Access 2 directory. The venue publishes an accessible Yonge Street entrance and limited free wheelchairs, but not a clear Access 2 transaction on its visitor page.

Listed in the current Ontario Access 2 directory. Confirm the support-person ticket path with Guest Services before buying a timed ticket for the full group.

Official venue pageIt remains on the Access 2 list, but its permanent Don Mills building is closed and the future visitor experience is not stable enough for a practical family recommendation. PASS.ca will add it back when an operating visit can be planned.
A useful 30-second script
Ask five questions in one message.
“We are visiting on [date]. One guest has a current physical Access 2 card and needs one adult support person. What is the support-person admission, should we reserve an attendant ticket online, where do we check in, and what separate accessibility arrangements should we request before arrival?”
Add the actual access need—mobility, communication, sensory, service-animal, ride transfer or another requirement—without sending medical details the venue did not request.
Do not stop at the ticket
Four details can matter more than the admission saving.
Arrival and entrance
Confirm drop-off, parking, elevator access and the correct Guest Services location—not only the street address.
Queues and ride transfers
Access 2 is not a queue pass. Ask for the venue’s separate attraction-access process and ride-by-ride transfer requirements.
Sensory environment
Check strobe lighting, sudden effects, noise, quiet spaces, low-sensory hours and whether re-entry is possible.
Equipment and service animals
Wheelchair loans can be limited, and service animals may have restricted areas. Reserve or contact the venue where possible.
