The short answer

Five ordinary visits can pay for the pass before special programs enter the plan.

Current online admission for two adults and two children ages 5–14 is $35.50 before tax. Four visits total $142; five total $177.50 and move above the $165 vehicle membership.

PASS.ca recommendation

Buy for a driving household that expects five or more visits across Kelso, Mountsberg, Crawford Lake and the wider park network during the next year. Skip it when the children are under five, most visits are solo, or advance reservations will prevent spontaneous use.

Vehicle math

A family of four crosses the membership on visit five.

Vehicle membership$165

Everyone arriving in one personal vehicle

Current online park admission is $10.50 per adult, $8.25 per senior and $7.25 per child age 5–14; children under five enter free. At-gate rates are higher, so families paying at the gate can reach break-even earlier.

An individual membership is $105. Households should compare it with the vehicle option when most visits involve only one person.

Eight-park network

The value comes from variety across a full year.

01

Vehicle-wide admission

Benefits extend to everyone who safely arrives together in the member’s personal vehicle.

02

Eight Conservation Halton parks

The network includes Kelso, Crawford Lake, Mountsberg, Hilton Falls, Mount Nemo, Rattlesnake Point, Robert Edmondson and Area 8.

03

Renewal discount

The current terms provide 15% off when membership is renewed within 30 days of expiry.

Booking and extras

Admission is included; every activity is not.

01

Reservations still matter

Members are expected to reserve their park, time and vehicle details; arriving without a reservation can create parking or entry problems.

02

Programs can cost extra

Some activities, events and programs require separate payment and advance registration.

03

Weather closures

Trail and park conditions can change, and Conservation Halton may cancel visits when conditions could damage the park.
